• Annual Sankofa Donning of the Kente Ceremony

  Elizabeth Boatwright Coker Performing Arts Center, Watson Theater
  Ceremony utilizing the West African Kente cloth as a symbol of African American heritage, bestowed upon our graduating Seniors to commemorate the significance of graduation. Seniors will be donned with a Kente stole during the ceremony that they can wear during Commencement. Reception prior to and following the event.
